We offer a refund or replacement only in the following Cases –

Or a damaged product

Or an expired product

In any of the above cases, please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return/refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at help@Serumist.in

No return or any other claim will be accepted or considered valid after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will arrange the pickup.

Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
